Homemade strudel dough is something very fine. You can do it particularly well if you use a fine strudel cloth to help. Place this 120 cm wide linen cloth on the work surface and sprinkle with flour. You can then roll and stretch the dough and of course, fill it. Rolling the strudel is also very easy with the cloth.
With the strudel cloth, you'll never have to worry about sticky dough again.
