TENCEL® MICRO was developed by HEFEL in 2001. TENCEL®, a 100% natural fibre made of wood, combines the qualities of cotton and the elegance of silk; Thus, the bed linen provides exemplary comfortable sleep.
HEFEL products are in accordance with the OEKO-TEX® Standard and therefore they stand for high textile quality. OEKO-TEX® products are tested for over a hundred parameters relevant to health. Thus, all HEFEL products are definitely hygienic and sanitary harmless.

Luxury bed linen requires special care: Considering the following instructions extends the durability of your HEFEL bed linen notably.

• Close the zipper before you wash the bed linen
• Use liquid mild detergent for silk or hair shampoo. Normal laundry detergents are too aggressive.
• Select "gentle or delicate cycle" , maximum 60°C
• Don´t put Tencel® bed linen into dryers, it air-dries quickly anyway
• Iron the bed linen only with soft pressure and low temperatures.

The OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of production. The requirement for certification of textile products according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is that all components of an item have to comply with the required criteria without exception – that means in addition to the outer material also sewing threads, linings, prints etc. as well as non-textile accessories such as buttons, zip fasteners, rivets etc. OEKO-TEX® testing for harmful substances always focus on the actual use of the textile. The more intensive the skin contact of a product, the stricter the human ecological requirements to be met.

A few more care tips so that our customers will enjoy their Micro-TENCEL® satin bedlinen for a long time:

• The new Micro-TENCEL® bedlinen is 60°C washable.
• Turn the bedlinen inside out before washing.
• Close the zip fastener before washing.
• Use wash liquid or delicates at 60°C.
• The Micro-TENCEL® bedlinen can be tumble-dried without any problem.
• Treat as delicates. Don't overfill the dryer!
• Time saving easy-iron.
