What payment options are available?

Payment is made by prepayment, credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and open invoice (*).
(*We are happy to deliver to existing customers, corporate customers and customers from Switzerland also on open invoice. ).

With which parcel service do you ship?

All shipments leaving the warehouse are sent by Austrian Post (they are delivered in Germany by German Post). Packages that leave the manufacturer usually with GLS or DPD. If you prefer shipping by post, please note this in the notes when ordering. Deliveries to DHL packing stations are also possible (see own point below) – delivery by DHL is generally not possible.

How long does the delivery take?

All items in stock are shipped within 24 hours and delivered in Austria the next day in Germany as a rule the day after.

What are the shipping costs?

For deliveries from all manufacturers the following shipping costs apply:

  • from 99 Euro to Austria and Germany free shipping
  • up to 99 Euro in Austria: 6. 95 Euro
  • up to 99 Euro in Germany: 9. 95 Euro
  • all other EU countries (*) regardless of the value of the goods: 11. 95 Euro
  • non-EU countries (**) incl. Customs clearance: 29. 90 Euro

(*) Other EU countries are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

(**) non-EU countries include Switzerland, Great Britain, Liechtenstein, USA, Australia, Norway, Russia, New Zealand, Ukraine, Israel, United Arab Emirates and Canada.

The shipping costs are calculated online as soon as you click on the menu item “Order. ” Then your orders will be listed and the total price will be calculated. Shipping costs vary slightly from supplier to supplier (table below):


important information for delivery to Switzerland

Do I have to pay for the goods in advance?

If you are a new customer then you have the option to pay by prepayment, credit card, PayPal or Sofortüberweisung.
If you have already placed an order with us, are a corporate customer with complete data or a customer from Switzerland, we will be happy to deliver on open invoice.

Can I exchange custom-made products?

Unfortunately, no. No right of withdrawal applies to goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, in particular custom-made products.

Can I have the ordered products delivered to a packing station?

Yes, from now on we can also order delivery to DHL packing stations. Please enter the number of the packing station at the delivery address in the company name field. You will receive a notification with the parcel number when dispatched!

Can I deposit the invoice amount into a German bank account?

No, SEPA (IBAN and BIC) allows you to transfer directly to Austria at domestic conditions and we can process your order quickly.

Do I have to pay customs duty on import into Germany for goods I purchase from you?

No! There are no additional customs duties or other charges. Thanks to the European Union, free movement of goods within the member states is possible.

Why can I register during the ordering process?

This is for your own safety and is more comfortable. The registration ensures that you have entered a valid e-mail address through which you will receive information, order confirmation and invoice in the future. You can also easily monitor and manage your orders.

How do I know if the colour of the article matches my furnishings?

The photos shown on our homepage are sample photos, which can be displayed on your computer in a color distorted way. If you are looking for a specific shade, first order a FREE colour sample card to compare if it matches the desired shade.

How long does it take for me to receive the ordered products?

The delivery times are given directly for the individual products. We strive to deliver all products quickly!

Can I return the goods?

Yes, you will find a detailed description of the return in the cancellation policy, which you will find here. Please do not send any parcels back to us free of charge. We will be happy to pick up the return package for you at your home free of charge.

What does the word “shrinkage” mean in the products?

The start/run-in means that the goods enter the first time the washing and thus the goods enter the specified percentage. This is because the products are made from natural raw materials and no chemical additives are used for strengthening. Therefore, it is normal for natural tissues to shrink by up to 10% of their original size when washed for the first time. However, we take into account the jump already and the sizes indicated in the textile shop are only finished dimensions.

Are the prices net or gross?

All prices are gross and include VAT. Austrian VAT of 20%. Companies with a foreign UID number will be charged net for orders if the UID number is specified.
