How much are the shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs added, if the total amount of your order is higher than 200 Euro. Below this amount it is 6 Euros for deliveries in Austria and 14.40 Euros for deliveries to the rest of Europe. The shipping costs are calculated automatically, as soon as you click on the button "order". Then you can see the total amount of your order including the shipping costs.
Is it necessary to register if I would like to make an order?
No, it is not necessary, but it is definately more convenient and safer for you. If you register you can be sure of having entered a valid e-mail address and you receive infomation about the orders and invoices via this e-mail address. Furthermore, you can supervise your orders.
How do I know that the textiles match with my furniture?
The photos at our homepage are patterns, on which the colors of the photos can be distorted on your computer screen. If you are searching for a certain color we recommend to order a sample first and check if the color matches with the textile.
How long does it take to deliver the goods?
In general we try to send the articles as soon as possible. If you order an especially designed carpet the delivery time can expand up to 6 weeks. After having placed your order you receive an acceptance of order on which you will find the expected delivery time, but this date is not binding.
Can I send the articles back?
You can send back articles within the legal period of time, within 1 week. Excepted are all products which are made to measure. Please note that we can not take back used or dirty articles.
What does the word shrinkage mean?
Shrinkage means that the textile is smaller after it has been washed than before. The reason for this is that 100% natural fibres are used and so shrinkage of 10% is perfectly normal. If you there are any other questions, please contact us!

Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes. We had several problems in the past with unpaid invoices, that´s why we only accept payment in advance now. You can pay via credit card, Paypal und Immediate Money Transfer. Our conformation of order, which will be sent to you right after your order, contains our bank data. For carpets of Jordan and Gembinski a partial payment is possible if the total order amount is more than 1000 Euros.
Can I pay on a german bank account, too?
Yes, for orders from germany you can pay on our german bank account, so you save money because of lower banking fees.
When I have to pay costoms duties?
Customs duties have to be payed if you live in a country which does not belong to the European Union, but these duties are already included in the delivery costs. So there are no extra customs duties to pay for you.
Are the prices net or gross?
All prices given are gross, so the Austrian VAT is included. If you order from abroad the Austrian VAT gets deducted automatically. When you receive the goods, you aditonally have to pay the tax rate of your country.
